Jing Quan CFP®
Jing Quan plays a vital role in investment strategy and financial planning at Rainey & Randall Investment Management. She leads the firm’s investment committee meetings, conducts in-depth investment research, and builds and reviews investment models. Her work includes portfolio management, trading, and rebalancing, as well as collaborating with prime brokers to develop fixed-income portfolios. In addition, she constructs, reviews, and updates financial plans, presenting them to clients.
Since joining Rainey & Randall in early 2011 after completing her master’s degree, Jing has been deeply involved in investment management and financial planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in China and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®).
Jing lives in northern Virginia with her husband and young son. She enjoys propagating plants, visiting open houses in affluent neighborhoods, and exploring authentic Chinese eateries.
